The Maternity Care Coalition's(MCC) mission is to combat infant and maternal mortality, and increase better birth outcomes. Alongside our partners GIANT Pharmacy and many more, we are hosting the 2024 Kick Off to Summer Bash, a free family-friendly health/wellness event on June 8 from 11:00am-2:00pm at Mill Creek Elementary school in Levittown. The event will feature the following: · Free Children's activities · COVID-19, RSV, Pneumonia, and TDAP Vaccine Clinic · Musical entertainment provided by musical duo, Two of a Kind, raffles, giveaways, and much more · Access to Bucks County Organizations and Resources No RSVP necessary. Just come & join the fun!
